I was a Check Trainer with Singapore Airlines until 2006 when I chose early retirement. Currently I do Counselling, freelance training and I am also an Exco member (Training Officer) of the William Glasser Institute - Singapore. I hold a MSocSc in Professional Counselling (Swinburne University) and also Reality Therapy Certification (William Glasser Institute). Marriages breakdown and divorces are on the increase as a result of relationship conflicts.
